Is this a loan?

No, this is not borrowing as you might get from a bank

If you can proceed to the top of The Tiger's Tower, you do not get a loan. You get a capital injection of an agreed amount. There are no repayments as there would be with a loan. The Tigers simply take a share of the profits you may make in the future. Details will be discussed if you reach level two.

What is my next step?

You must apply to be interviewed. For this there is a fee, which is £67.50.

We GUARANTEE you a meeting at the date and time we specify. You will then have to face an initial challenge.

First you will meet the Top Tiger. He is known as THE GATEKEEPER. You will have to convince the Gatekeeper that your idea is worth time and capital investment.

If you can - you move up to the second stage.

If you can't - the challenge is over.

What are the rules for The Tiger's Tower?

The Tiger's Tower process is divided into three parts. Firstly, you have to meet The Gatekeeper's challenge.

The Gatekeeper has travelled the world extensively and has been involved in a range of businesses from education to catering, from fashion to sport, from aerospace to healthcare, and from entertainment to exhibitions.

You must try hard to impress him with your idea. He is a hard man to impress.

To enter Level One there is a fee of  £67.50, which needs to be paid in advance by credit card. It is essential to book - sorry, but nobody can be seen without a prior reservation.

How do I apply?

Please make sure you understand the following rules for entering Level One.

• Do not reveal your project or ideas to The Tiger's Tower in advance.
• Your presentation can last no more than 10 minutes. If it does - you are out!
• Bring only brief notes with you - you will need your facts and figures in your head.
• You cannot bring professional representation with you - if you do - you are out!
  It is you we want to talk to, not your solicitor or accountant. Your ideas are what we want to hear.
• The most capital you can request is £750,000.
• The equity percentage must be agreed at the time of interview.
• You can only bring easily portable props with you. If your props are not portable, make a DVD - a player will be available. The quality of recording is not important at this stage.
• Your presentation can be made by yourself and a maximum of two other people.
• Your idea will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
• The Gatekeeper's decision is final. If your idea isn't accepted, no further correspondance can be entered into.
• Nothing illegal, unethical or immoral will be considered, and no refunds can be given.

If you pass the first test, you move on to Level Two.

What happens if I get to Level Two?

If you reach this stage you will be introduced to at least one Tiger from the Tower, whose expertise closely matches your business requirements.

This is where your requested funding, legal agreements and timescales will be discussed.

As each idea is unique, there can be no hard and fast rules for Level Two.

There are no further advance fees payable if you are invited to enter the second stage.

What happens if I succeed in Level Two?

If you get past level two, you are at the top of The Tiger's Tower. This is when you will be recorded for a possible programme on national television. Are you good enough? Is your idea good enough?

You will be reqired to sign a contract for a chance of being broadcasting on nation - wide TV. Legal advice will be available to you.
